    Super friendly, but a little cramped since I came at lunch, which is my fault. The gentleman behind the counter was super sweet and brought me my food! It was a great experience. Thank you!

    Overall their food is pretty good their shakes are great and most of the time we are very satisfied -once in awhile while they'd goof-up just like any other restaurant -it's fast food- we really like the barbecue platter just wish they wouldn't put the fried food in with the juicy BBQ it ruins them and they get soggy...they need to find a better way to package this platter. However service is good so they will fix whatever you need.

    Love the BBQ! I'm from Richmond VA and for years we had Bill's BBQ until the family died out. The BBQ at cookout is the closest thing I've found to Bill's. Friendly service and good food. All they need is a signature limeade.
