Los Panchos Short Pump

This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant. The food was very delicious. The portion was big and our waitress Maria was really friendly. For lunch, we ordered Nacho Supreme and Caldo de Pollo (Chicken Soup) to share. Nacho was covered with well seasoned beef and chicken. Chicken Soup was expensive, but had a lot of breast meat. I really linked the rice as well.
I was really looking forward to try the Caldo de Res (Beef and Veggie Soup), but they only have the Chicken Soup available.
$2.99 lunch margarita was great!
I am looking forward to going back and try more dishes.

We were looking for a place to eat and this had great reviews. We decided to give it a try! We were NOT disappointed!! Our waitress was super nice. Our food was hot and fresh. We were served pretty quickly. My husband ordered molcajete panchos. It was a little surprising but it was very yummy. I had the Pollo Fundido. This was very good!! Would definitely recommend!

Upgraded Mexican restaurant experience. If you want your favorite Tex-Mex comfort food dishes served up with a side atmospheric delight, this is the place to visit. Rustic elegance exudes from every corner. Table side prepared fresh guacamole is a treat to watch and devour. Elevated service is also a feature of your dining experience, with servers and managers achieving that delicate balance between checking in with you to make sure you are having a great dinner without crossing into intrusiveness. Great food, ambiance, and service have earned Los Panchos a place in our Saturday night dining rotation.

Took over the old Casa Grande, remodeled the inside, and it looked really nice. The bar area is pretty sharp. We were greeted with a nice smile and sat quickly. Chips and salsa, with a little side of white sauce. My wife got got a Margarita, which she very much enjoyed. I ordered a fried shrimp chimichanga, and my wife got a hard beef taco and chicken burrito. Food came within 5 Mims. Unfortunately, I didn't know they, put cheese sauce all over the chimichanga, which I don't like. I asked if they could make me a new one, which they did, no issues. Rice was really tasty, everything was really good. Like the change, it seems like an upgrade, definitely one of the better Mexican joints in town.

New place! Service was great. Took really good care of us. Very large lunch portions so very curios about dinner. Prices seemed better than most as well! Good to have another option around!
