Steak 'n Shake

The Frisco Burger was good. The fries were a little too salty. The milkshake was good. The card machine was down so we had to pay cash. The last time I went it was too. That was a year ago. Maybe it never works and that's what the employees are told to say. It took about 20 mins for the food to come to the table. The dining area could have been cleaner. No one came out to wipe down the tables the whole time we were there.

Burgers are amazing, and not greasy which was fantastic. Counter staff was kind but genuinely had zero concern about doing a good job. One individual was actually leaning across the register while attempting to take our order, and kept getting it wrong, plus the fries were cold. The building is in need of roof repair as it had rained and there was water dripping from the ceiling in several places.

Great food! Staff was friendly and helpful. Grabbed a quick lunch with my sister and noticed changes in how food is ordered and servers rotate between tables. Hope this system continues to work. Had a poor experience a few months ago and was hesitant to return.
