Sparrow's Pizza

Pizza is very good - the dough is fresh and not covered with garlic or other seasonings. Sauce is a simple pizza sauce - this is most like the pizza I am used to. Highly recommend!

We got a flyer in the mail from Sparrow and we decided to give it a try.
Me and my wife just moved here from out of state and have enjoyed Christians pizza as well as AND Pizza, and I mean we really like those places so I didn’t think we would find a better place.

But god dayum. Their pizza was absolutely delicious. And their garlic bread knots??? WOW.
I have never, ever never ever had a garlic bread that good. It was fresh garlic, perfect crisp outside and warm slightly chewy inside. I could not believe the flavor and quality.
We also got the honey pizza and the cheese was still very melted (granted we love very close to their location) and the flavor was amazing and their crust was good all by itself.

100% will be ordering their pizza from now on without a second thought. Price, quality, communication. All 10/10.

We have only ever ordered takeout from Sparrows but it is always delicious, on time, has all ordered items, and the portions are incredibly generous. They are the only pizza restaurant for us when we just want a good old classic pizza. Shout out for their salads which are huge and always fresh and the Raspberry Cheesecake, so delicious.

If you’re thinking of ordering pizza from a chain, order from here instead. Pricing is in line with Domino’s (not cheap but fair), but the quality is in line with Papa John’s (above average).

Their dough is robust without being tough. The marinara has a nice tomato flavor, without being overly sweet or spicy. Everything was perfectly cooked. I’m only passing through on business, but I’ll be happy to come back if I come back this way. If you live nearby, you’re lucky.

Ordered through their website for pickup. I arrived about 20 minutes from ordering during weekend dinner hours and it was ready when I arrived. Overall, food was good, hot, and fast; garlic knots had lots of fresh, biting raw garlic bits (might be better if it were cooked/browned in butter to take away some of the bite). That said, I appreciated the amount of garlic butter and parsley topping on the garlic knots. When I arrived, I saw lots of dough rising/being prepped nearby-- so you know the pizza is as fresh as it gets! 🙂 Employees were friendly when I picked up my order. It is worth noting that nobody was wearing masks.
