    Rolled Ice Cream- YES!
    This spot was new to me as a suggestion from my girlfriend and I was not disappointed.
    The store was clean and welcoming and the service excellent.
    There are several creations to choose from or mix your own using a variety of fillings (fruity pebbles to nutella). They also serve up bubble tea (be sure to chew the tapioca pellets).
    Definitely going back.

    This is a cute little shop! If you've never had rolled ice cream, I would totally recommend it! It's fun and it tastes great! The staff is also really friendly and helpful. For me though, rolled ice cream is a bit more of a novelty and not something I usually go for when I have an ice cream craving. But, if you are into it, this is a great one! If you are looking for great ice cream and more options in general though, I would probably go to Gelati Celesti, which is pretty close in Short Pump.

    Cold Platform Creamery is Richmond's premier rolled ice cream shop!! They offer thousands of toppings for you to choose from, which can lead to millions of unique flavors and looks. The staff is friendly and entertaining. it is prevalent that customer satisfaction is their goal! If you want ice cream done right and customized the way you like, you have to try this place!!

    Kind if cool watching they make the ice cream for you. Does not like the tip selection, should it be included in the price you paid for?
