I asked for a bit of a complicated order and the First Lady handed it poorly and said no but then two boys then two boys not sure of their names but looked highschool age . Apologized and made it right away love this place and the manager can’t wait for my next visit tomorrow

(July 4, 2019, 12:29 am)We haven't been to Dairy Queen in years, we recently received a gift card and thought wed take the kids. Blizzards are just as amazing as I remembered, but you know what was better than the blizzards? The service. The people working here were so nice, even told the kids if they didn't love their flavor, he would let them change it. He also added extra heath to my blizzard. Don't think twice about going here to get a blizzard!

(February 11, 2019, 4:28 pm)The mgr at the Diary Queen Inns-brook shops is awesome! His customer service goes beyond the exceptional . I order a blizzard birthday cake and he had it ready in less then 24 hrs, so I could pick it up on Sunday Morning! I have been going there for over 5 years and he always friendly and gives me excellent service....
