Plaza Azteca

The establishment is clean and inviting. The service is on point, and the food is hot and delicious. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. It is surely a wonderful dining experience.

Best food ever. If you are worried about portion control, this isn't that place. More food than I knew what to do with.

UPDATE: While my take-out order was still tasty (3 stars just because the food was still good), I have had the worst experience at a Plaza Azteca thus far. I arrived to pick up my order, gave him a debit card to pay and saw the guy put the card in and I saw approved. But no receipt came out. He then swiped again to what thankfully came back as an error because of the duplicate transaction. He then attempted to swipe a 3rd time to which I stopped him and gave him a different card. That one went through, receipt popped out and all was well. Or so I thought. After checking both banks, I saw I was charged 2x. I went back in and explained the situation to the same guy and to my surprise he acted like there was nothing he could do. After stating I'd like to talk to the manager, who was not there, he said he was the asst manager. I showed him the two charges and waited til he voided out one of the transactions. This was an unnecessary issue and I'm very disappointed as this was one of my favorite restaurants.

Moral: Use cash only. Not sure if this was an attempt to defraud the customer (he could have purposely not printed the receipt in order to get extra $$) or an honest mistake (not knowing how to operate the POS system). Either way, I no longer trust them with my card. Only cash, if I return.

Great food, fast service, nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Food and drink were good but service was not so great. Our waiter seemed to work more for his tables inside than the one table he had outside. 20 minutes before happy hour ended he was nowhere to be found to order anything else. Getting the check took almost as long as asking for water, napkins or silverware..and items were put on the check we didn’t order but he said “it all costs the same”. Usually have a great experience here :/

Our daughter eats here all the time with her friends. So we decided to try it out for my husband's birthday. I can truly say that I really enjoyed it. The food was awesome. Our waitress was really nice and friendly. The manager stopped at our table to ask if we were happy our meal. Loved it!!!!
