Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Good food, rewards have good deals, & service always friendly & good. Lil disappointed in cleanliness. A bathroom toilet was full (if you flushed looked like it might overflow). My stall was out of toilet paper but had a roll precariously balanced on the handicap railing. Even though there was a roll of paper towels in the fixture, someone had left a HUGE roll just out in the middle of the sink counter. Then, there was a dirty cloth towel laying out in the restroom hallway. Also, our table's light was burnt out. I had to use my cell phone to see the menu! Our ketchup was empty, AND our paper towel (napkins) were empty. Our waitress was attentive though & fixed our table issues quickly.

We went there after church with some friends. I know one friend in particular had ordered a grilled cheese for her son who is diabetic and the waitress brought out macaroni and cheese by accident for him she said it would be free and that she would still bring the sandwich but of course the kids saw the sandwich and took a few bites so because she messed up his order he had to be poked with a needle at the table. He's used to it but we're all not and she should have asked before she just brought it out. Everyone else was fine but that was definitely uncomfortable for him to have to do his insulin in the middle of the table because the lady messed up on his order. then when it was time to pay she messed up the order a few times first she put it on the same ticket we needed three separate tickets. Then when she did put it on three separate tickets it was still wrong. It was a mess. we all tip the server because we didn't want her to have a good day after we left but she made a bunch of mistakes that made it a little bit more tricky to enjoy ourselves.

This is the best Red Robin we have been to. The staff is very friendly. The food was delicious. We had the best Mudd pie ever!
