AZZURRO Ristorante

Our food was fabulous. Our bartender/server was wonderful. The heat was unbearable. I cannot imagine coming back until the outside temp begins to average 76°or less.Fix the AC now. A pizza oven is great to have but not if it affects the restaurant’s atmosphere.

Great Italian food. Because of the heat we just had an appetizer. The scollops gorganzolla hit the spot, after shopping at my wife's favorite store, Talbots, which is right next door.

Yum, flavor define with good herbs and spices. Service is on point and couldn't ask for more. When there is good weather, they have a nice patio to watch the traffic on river road.

Superb atmosphere, food, and service. Azzurro was actually our backup choice after our preferred restaurant was booked, but glad it worked out that way. Entrees were excellent, cocktails fab (wife was delighted the bartender used real lime juice instead of mix for her gimlet), and both the indoor and patio dining areas very attractive. Only thing I’d change is serving crusty bread instead of soft bread with the meal. We will return.
