    Needs work on customer service. A woman came in with a complaint about the quality (structural integrity) of her ice cream. I had to tell the kid behind the counter to get her a new ice cream.

    Place is very understaffed, only like one guy was running the front. But he gets 5 stars because he was nice and worked efficiently considering it was just him.

    Ehh, maybe I caught the grumpy crew. Walked in ordered a donut and coffee. No hello or thank you for the two working the inside. Coffee was excellent but glazed donut was smushed (tasted okay though).

    Rude person taking orders this morning in the drive thru. The staff didn’t know what my order was when I got around to the window and my coffee order was recorded wrong. Very pleasant employee at the actual window though!
