After he was shown him how to do the discount (ans he didn't really know how to do also) He asked him did he know how to do it the young man said no, not really I think I miss a step he say he wasn't paying attention, I just showed you... after one time and it was a line during a rush I thought that was very unprofessional for a manager to be talking to a trainee in front of customers like that bad business ethnics and customer service.”
