My family and I went here for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Warm Bacon Salad with grilled chicken. I didn't have high expectations, but it was very yummy. And the chicken was not like that rubbery bland microwaved stuff you get at most chain restaurants, it was freshly grilled and very tasty. The rest of my family ordered burgers and sandwiches, and they all enjoyed their meals. I snuck a few fries from one of my kids and they were delicious. Oh, and may I add, the customer is excellent. Nice little spot!

Great local place that specializes in Southern fare. Very flavorful, friendly staff, warm atmosphere. It's quite popular so I recommend getting there early if you don't want to wait for a table.

Good food. I had the catfish pieces! They were good but tasted like they had been frozen at some point. Not disappointed. My husband found them through Google.

It was pretty good. We had to wait 30 minutes to get inside but that was on father's day. The employees are extremely nice but the bathrooms are tiny and 1 person. Now here are some flowers from there

Found them on Trip Advisor with 4 stars so we decided to stop in. Great little mom/pop diner. Service was good as well as the atmosphere. Coffee was EXCELLENT! I drink mine black so for that I was extra thankful! My husband had the hot ham & cheese - it was thin sliced REAL ham - not processed. It was tasty! I had the corn cakes with scrambled eggs & bacon. I had never had them so I asked what they were. I was told that they are a pancake/cornbread “hybrid” sorta speak. Well since I love cornbread and I love pancakes, I decided to go with that. I was not impressed by them BUT a lot of people like them. The waitress did ask if I would like to change for something else and I said I as it wasn’t that they were bad, I just didn’t like the texture like I do pancakes or cornbread. As for the scrambled eggs - they were scrambled together in a bowl but when cooked they were more like an omelet. I like fluffy scrambled eggs - if I wanted an omelette I would have ordered one. They were good and so since they were flat, I gave my husband enough to put on his sandwich. *smile*
Overall, the food was good - it was a great break from the usual “on the road” restaurant or fast food. I would definitely go back.
