Went in to redeem my birthday reward. The AC in their main dining area wasn't working so I sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly & professional. The salad options were great, the broccoli salad, & one other salad didn't appear fresh but everything else was fine!

This food was really great! The drinks not so much it sounds like they have these specials but they don't put much alcohol in them.
The vegetables were remarkably good everything tasted fresh and not too spicy but nothing was Bland. We had a really great meal here!
And then for dessert we had the hot cookie with ice cream on top o my it was worth every calorie it had it was done to perfection!

I am very impressed with this Ruby Tuesday now I can't say all the Ruby Tuesdays are like this but this one in the Monticello shopping Center has a seriously well run restaurant!!!

I wish you could have been a little bit cleaner and I really wish they had wiped off the menus better but other than that this place was perfect!

And no, I do not know anyone who works there or owns the place!!

The appetizer was overcooked. Had a lot of fried pickles that were dry because they were left in too long and the crispy chicken was more overcooked breading than chicken. The meal was alright, no vegetarian options other than the salad bar and that was a bit underwhelming. Thought it was overpriced for what I got. The server was great tho, very nice demeanor.

Sliders were over cooked and neatly burnt. Preferential treatment was given to other patrons who came in long after we did, and received their food ling before we did.

Our waitress had to be flagged down to serve our table. She bristled briskly by our table without making eye contact and told us loudly, as she bypassed the table, that she was coming, but never did. That is, until she saw us complaining to the manager we summoned about the burnt sliders. The manager was friendly and professional, stating that the sliders were definitely overcooked. He took it off the bill and offered another dish for our table.

On the other hand, our waitress then suddenly came over acting concerned. When we called her on our food taking well over 1/2 hour to receive and her over attention to other tables (non African Americans, of course) and her lack of service to ours, she made excuses and brushed it off. However, she did step up her game. I had the Turkey avocado burger which was hearty and fairly tasty. The broccoli was soggy and bland. Salad bar was stocked with fresh veggies and condiments.

Whenever we are in town, we often make at least one stop here. This was possibly our best experience at Ruby Tuesday's. Our server, Jennifer, was nice and very accommodating to the demands of the kids (with a knowing smile) while still remembering the adults. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked and the rest of the food was great! The mojito could use a little work but it was still tasty.
