Two Drummers Smokehouse

I decided to try this place since we are new to the area and I saw all the great reviews. Unfortunately it wasn't what I expected. I ordered the beef brisket French dip and the brisket was super dry, way too thick and bland. The sauce for dipping literally tasted like gravy which was strange. The hush puppies were good though and so were the fries. I'll give this place another try though.

Danny waited on us. He was awesome. Food was great and plentiful. Gotta get the burnt ends every time you go!!!

Every time we go, we love it. Current faves include fresh pork rinds...they have a sweet and salty coating on them, and come out to your table still crackling.

The last time three of us went, we split one meal with three meats...and we were full enough that we didn't order dessert. All of their meats we have tried have been so tasty! The brisket and the ribs are our favorites, so far.

Even if the parking lot looks somewhat full, the restaurant is deceptively large. last time, we made a reservation, and they had a table waiting for us the minute we arrived.

We were seated immediately by the hostess. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the Two Drummers Cuban and sweet potato fries which were both delicious. It's a small but comfortable place, .

I’ve heard really good things about this place from several people. So, the family and I gave it a try. Overall, the food was good. The pork bbq was definitely the highlight of the meal. The brisket had a good taste; however, the majority of the brisket on the plate was fat. The corn bread and mashed potatoes were delicious. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese was rather bland. The service we received was top notch.
