IHOP

Food and service was great. After eating the manager came to our table and asked about our service and she was really polite also. I will be going back

Wait was extremely long and the food was cold when it came to our table finally. Waitress wasn't as attentive as we needed her to be. Spoke with the manager she was very understanding and explained that she was short-staffed. Still didn't explain why the food was cold? It seemed like it just sat in the window and because our waitress would disappear it probably got cold. We were hoping that this would be a great go-to place locally in King George for breakfast but unfortunately it's not.

Maybe it was an "off night" but service was slow and the food came out barely warm, not hot. It's the first time I've ever eaten at this particular IHOP so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. It seemed like a slow night for the restaurant, which I believe is a fairly new IHOP location. We we're one of only 7 families eating there that night so maybe they were training new staff. First time I've been to an IHOP where I ordered coffee and wasn't offered a "mini-pot" so I could easily pour my own refills. Everyone on staff were very friendly, however.

Staff was great Sabrina was very aware of the menu options and suggested that the tilapia dish was a good dish to try. I will say for a restaurant known for pancakes the fish was greatly prepared with spinach as the bed and I had the red potatoes everything was great first time here and can say won't be my last!!!!

Great customer service clean and friendly definitely recommend this location.
