    I've eaten here a few times. It's a decent place to eat, and the staff does their best to keep up with customers and offer a personal touch to the place.

    I'm a bit tough on Italian eateries since I'm a first generation here in the States, and used to NYC Italian food.. (Can't beat it anywhere!).
    The pizza was an ample size and could use a touch more seasoning, though I found the smaller Subs were a bit too small in my view.

    At this point Sal's might need a little decor update, but some (most?) don't care and the shades are often down, so you have to look to see if they're open.

    All in all, the locals seem to like it and keep the take out and sit down customers coming back. Try it, it's a unique place!
