Great spot for a semi-quick bite. They make everything as it's ordered so sometimes the waits are long if you bring a group but the potato burritos/tacos are to die for.

GET THE GUAC. For real. They make it with fresh avocados, right in front of you, and it is pretty darn good.

The food will fill you up and supporting a local farm that also supports local farms is great. The burritos are underwhelming in terms of flavor and the sauces or dramatic without bold flavor. The service speed is moderate considering 1 cook services the restaurant regardless of the customer volume. Everything feels fresh though.

First time eating here. A friend highly recommended the taqueria for lunch and I was NOT disappointed! Style of food made me miss home. (New York) Very friendly staff. The only thing upsetting about my trip was that my child said the tacos were better than the ones I make at home! ???? Will definitely be returning!

Want to give a higher rating because enjoyed their food when I first had it at a food truck they had stationed at a brewery but when I took my girlfriend to try the in restaurant experience in downtown Lexington, they told us they were recovering from a busy weekend and were out of two items we each wanted to order on a Tuesday 30 mins after opening. Will come back because the food was good but hope they have what I want next time.
