The Georges

We had a stay at the Georges last weekend for a wedding in town. We had a bridal luncheon at Haywoods and a rehearsal dinner at their new meeting room. We also stayed with them over the weekend. Everything was excellent. Top quality and a terrific location and venue. They are a bit pricey but you definitely get what you are paying for. Highly recommend!

Great place. Great food. Great time!

We found this place entirely by accident. What a treat! We had dinner at Taps on the way down to a family visit - awesome veggie burger, one of the very best I've ever had. We booked a room for our return trip and we enjoyed our all-too-brief stay tremendously. Our room was incredible. Rebecca & her husband were fantastic hosts and were very accommodating. We will be back!

One of the most comfortable night stays I've had. Heated floors, heated towel racks and a big shower. Beautiful and traditional keys is a nice touch.

I was very impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of this hotel. The place is super clean, well maintained - it looks freshly renovated. The staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was included and superb. The was hopping well past my bedtime. It’s not cheap, but with this place, I think you really get what you pay for - excellence!
