The Difference Baker

I have soooo many food allergies and was recently told about this bakery. I have so far only tried the chicken pot pie and it was delicious! Absolutely delicious and I'm so happy that I found this. Finding dairy, gluten, nut, and tree nut free food is kinda difficult at times, but I highly recommend this place! :)

I have had to avoid gluten for about 11 years now. While there are many prepackaged baked goods available, NOTHING compares to a real bakery! Every single thing I have tried is Amazing. My favorites are the donut holes- I may have cried a little eating those- and the cream pie cookies. The scones are amazing. The baked Ziti is so tasty! The cookies- yum! Have not tried the pretzel bites yet since I seem to be there when they are sold out.
Not only is the food delicious, the staff is so friendly! I can’t thank Alyssa and her team enough for having this place available to the community. I hope they are here for decades to come! Now, off to enjoy my chocolate chip scone!

We sought out The Difference Baker after learning about them online. With gluten-sensitive family visiting town for the holidays, we made the drive from Western Loudoun and are so glad we did! We purchased frozen cinnamon rolls and ziti. Let me say, those rolls were out of this world! Incredibly moist, almost devilishly flavorful, and the perfect size. Bonus was that the staff was warm and friendly, too. Will gladly return!

I'm so excited to have a wonderful new bakery like this in the area! Everything I've tried there is so delicious. You can't tell it's gluten-free. I only wish it were a little closer to me so I could visit more frequently! You do NOT need to have a gluten intolerance to enjoy the deliciousness, but you will still benefit from healthier options!

Went on opening day. Crazy busy and line was out the door! My wife has been following this baker for a little while and very excited about them opening. Took home pot pie which was delicious and had a bunch of the donut holes. I loved the plain but the others liked chocolate. Would love a couple of more menu items and heard they will be adding some soon. Note the store hours are tight.
