“The food and drinks are delicious but the service isn’t very consistent. The first time we were here it was great but the second time our server wasn’t friendly. And when our wine flight was presented to us they didn’t identify which was which, when we asked for the flight label she placed them in the wrong placements. When we asked if it was correct she said it was. But photos of other reviews show otherwise. We had to get another server to help us because ours was not having it.”

“In comparison to a 6-12 months ago.. This location has done a complete 180. With a new turnover in staff and on the job training. The difference is night and day including the amount of customers during operating hours (says a great deal). I'm not sure if it had to do with certain people that disliked the job they had back then.. or a combination of the negative atmosphere that contributed to the decline in service and food. Anyways, Customer service is a positive experience. Along with correct portion sizes, and fresh ingredients. I will point out the negative experiences in which I encounter, however I will be just as attentive to positive experiences over a long period of time especially if I'm frequent flyer. Visible changes over the past year include: employee turnover, wait time, cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere between employee to employee, and employee to customer being fast-paced, positive and friendly within that 10 seconds of brief interaction.”

“Our first time here and it was amazing! I enjoyed a delightful flavorful bowl of mussels that were super fresh over vermicelli in a red sauce and my better half enjoyed their 12" sausage pizza. They have a nice smaller dining room and a large bar area where Mary Watson was holding one of her wine tastings. In the summer they have open air dining in addition to an outdoor patio with a beautiful fireplace. The staff are friendly and made you feel welcome as if they had known us for years.”

“My fiancée and I ended up here by accident when our plans fell through. This was the best mistake we have made: the menu was extensive, the service exceptional, and the food incredible. Portions were very generous and prices reasonable. As flexible eaters that enjoy a variety of items, we were slightly overwhelmed at the extensive menu, and instead of ordering old standby items we asked the waitress about her favorite items. After showing us customer favorites and popular orders, she shared her personal favorite dish. We ended up following her recommendation, and got the Dinner for Two which included her recommended clay pot dish as well as several other items. Starting the meal off with a delight, the spring rolls were the best I have ever had, anywhere. The flavors were delicate and the textures distinct. The clay pot was simply amazing, I have never had a dish like that before, and the caramelized onions were like candy. The tofu and mixed vegetables were fresh and delicious. The Vietnamese Sweet and Sour soup was unlike any other sweet and sour I have had, with a meal's worth of vegetables inside, including some new preparations for familiar items that were a whole new twist. The flavor was amazing, and unique in my experience. (We threw the last bit of Thai chili peppers into the leftover soup, and it added a nice heat that the original did not have. Not 'authentic' to the dish, but an extremely pleasant twist for the leftovers!) The portions were generous enough to bring home a lunch portion of the amazing soup, and we left completely contented. I highly recommend this restaurant, I can only assume that they have not gathered a suitable following yet, because our entire experience was absolutely fantastic. They should be packed to capacity every day. We will, most definitely, be repeat customers.”

“I love Ford’s! I’ve been to this one and the one in Ashburn and they are both superb. The specials are a little pricey, but they are always delicious and it’s a great way to shake things up from ordering the same things on the menu. When it comes to the menu you really can’t go wrong. I’ve had a ton of the items on there and I always walk away happy. The service is also very good. They are quick and responsive while also being very respectful. It’s a lot better than your typical sit down restaurant. The great food does come with a higher price tag, but it is definitely worth it. If you like seafood (even a little bit), you’ll love it here.”

“This was my first time at this restaurant. They have a nice menu variety. They also have good lunch specials. I went with the lunch special, which is $14 and it comes with a lunch portion plate and an appetizer. I went my old favorite, Pad Thai with shrimp and spring rolls. The portions were fair, I left pretty content. The spring rolls were nice and crispy. My friend that ate with me ordered a dinner portion and he had to take half of his order to go. The flavor of the pad Thai was very nice in my opinion, I enjoyed it. They gave me 2 spring rolls with a nice flavorful tangy sauce to dip them in. The service was good, they checked on us frequently and they were nice. All in all, it was a pleasant lunch experience and I would go again if I'm that area.”
