“I just walked in and ordered around 2:30 or so on a random Tuesday. I was excited to try the pizza and wings that I had been hearing so much about in the community. First person I ran into was Keith and we struck up a good conversation as there wasn’t anyone else in their. Steve quickly joined the conversation and the three of us chatted for the entire time my food was being prepared. Both are awesome guys! The hot wings were the perfect combination of sauce with flavor and a little kick and were also crispy! Best wings I’ve ever had to be honest! The pizza was great with fresh toppings, edge to edge toppings, flavorful and crispy crust and for a half pizza was much larger than I was expecting. Excellent place to now get my pizza and wings. The community has needed a breath of fresh air for a while in this department. You won’t be disappointed!”

“This place is amazing! Dunkin Donuts coffee is hands down the best and the service here was amazing. When I went I ordered an iced latte but since they ran out of espresso beans they offered me a frozen coffee and a donut free of charge. So so so professional! The caramel donuts are to die for. “I tend to get a smoothie and breakfast on may way to school during the week and I always have a great experience on those days and the staff is courteous and friendly. However, on the weekends when my husband and I go our order is almost always wrong, the smoothies are chunky and not well blended, and the staff act like they are being inconvenienced when they are asked to remake/reblend a chunky smoothie. Today (Sunday) was the last straw for me because I went to pick up my order which I had made online and the employee tried to hand me HALF A SMOOTHIE. When I expressed my diasatisfaction, he blamed another employee before asking me if I wanted him to remake it. That is just bad customer service. I've worked in the food service industry, and the one thing you DON'T DO is mess with people's food. If you know it's wrong, fix it instead of making the customer ask you to fix it. Give me what I paid for. Again, the staff during the week is amazing, but the weekend staff seem to be careless and inconsiderate.”

“These guys are great. Hooked me up with a THICC Cheesy garlic bread meatball sub. Really can’t say enough good things about that sub. Just be careful not to wear a good shirt as you tend to forget about everything else except getting that hot saucy sub in your stomach as fast as possible. This sub will dull life’s pain for at least several hours and replace it with the pain of eating too fast. Hurts so good. I genuinely enjoyed this location and the sub. Thanks guys!”

“Staff are very friendly and helpful. The environment is fun and upbeat. A nice place to eat. Subjectively the wings are not great. Though cooked perfectly, the sauces and dry rubs have little to no flavor. Also they lack the burn I would normally associate with the heat levels portrayed in the menu. I am comparing to Wing Zone and The Great American Ranch. Next time I am in the area for business, I will try their burgers and other menu items.”

“On January 3, for his last meal in Virginia before returning to Florida, I took my adult son to Social House for lunch. He'd wanted to go there for the past year or so during visits here but we'd never managed to get there. On this visit, we finally did go. I certainly don't want to disparage a local business, and I'm sure there were many satisfied customers that day. Indeed, there was a very large party (12 or so) seated at a long table near us, so perhaps that affected our service negatively; nonetheless, our appetizer was very late in appearing (15-20 minutes) and we had to inquire twice about it. Finally the hostess brought it. We finished the appetizer and waited again, 30 minutes--we noticed the time-from when we finished the appetizer until our server returned to tell us that regretfully our order had been "lost." So, he took our order again and resubmitted it. He did apologize a lot, and we were understanding, didn't complain at all, were very polite, and left him a more than adequate tip in the end. The management did comp our appetizer which was very nice, and much appreciated; however, money was not the issue, time was. I'm sure this was an anomalous event and not the usual kind of service that one would expect at Social House. It's just that it was the first time either I (a resident of South Riding) or my son had ever been there, so we were disappointed. It was not a particularly pleasant lunch which, to make this very long story short, is why I rated it 3 stars. Had you not asked, I wouldn't have said anything because truly, I don't like to criticize local restaurants. You have enough problems as it is, so please don't think I'm trying to harm your business. I wish you much success in the future.”
