Schmidt’s Barbecue

Half full spot where half the menu isn't available, service was slow and disorganized, and food was just OK. Half the staff seems like they sit around and smoke together and then when they remember they see if they should have taken care of something.

The pulled pork and brisket were great. Unfortunately the macaroni and coleslaw were just ok. Far as the sauces the Alabama white sauce and Carolina mustard in my opinion were the best.

We had high hopes, but Schmidt’s BBQ came up just a little short. The wait staff were very friendly and responsive, but the kitchen was quite slow. The food was good (average BBQ) but the baked beans and potato salad can improve.

The real deal! We got delivery tonight and it came quickly and was well-packaged and hot. The ribs are insanely good, same with the fries... we couldn’t stop talking about how good they were. We had the wings in Sriracha maple, buffalo and house bbq and they were super juicy and sauces were great. Potato salad was okay, cornbread, mac and cheese and baked beans sides all good. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

The barbecue and drinks are delicious! We had the brisket and pulled pork - they were very flavorful and tender. Try the Alabama white barbecue sauce (yum)! They have a large outdoor seating area with picnic tables so you can easily social distance. There is a fire pit and stage for live music. Will be back!
