Stone Tower Winery

Saturday we had the distinct pleasure to attend the Chardonnay Somminar. Joe and Diane, as always, were fantastic hosts from the decor to the wine to the food. Who knew I would enjoy Scandinavian disco?! The class and videos were like a mini travelogue.

It’s such an amazing and beautiful venue, with quality service!! The only reason 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the restrictions now in place at the tower view, requiring reservations only. The beauty of being able to mow around and talk to people we miss so much over the last few years and now that we can be normal again I would love to see the tower view area open up, the boars head room I get it remembers only that’s nice as well and I’m a member so I enjoy that but I really loved for people to be able to pop in to the tower view area without having to have reservations and just enjoy that beautiful winery!

UPDATE! They have opened up the venue for pop in visits! They also reached out to tell me this, Just another reason why I love Stone Tower! Thank you!

We’re so happy that we decided to have our wedding at Stone Tower! From the initial tour, to our wine tasting, to the wedding day itself, we can’t say enough great things about the staff at Stone Tower. Lauren, Halley, and Olivia were all very responsive, helpful and amazing to work with. All of our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and the outside hilltop was a magical place to exchange vows. My husband and I loved the AirBnb cottage and farmhouse for getting ready with our bridal parties. The venue itself has a great flow for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. It was every thing we had imagined. Thanks Stone Tower for the best day!

Simply Spectacular Day at Stone Tower Winery!,
We visited Stone Tower Winery earlier today. We were assisted by one of the managers: Jillian. She was a wonderful person who made us feel welcome and showed us around the absolutely gorgeous winery. Spectacular views of green valley, manicured rows grape veins, Blue mountains in the background. Julian explained the extensive wine list, recommended wine tasting choices, great lunch with charcuterie and cheese. We sat back patio, sipping the various wines samples, enjoying the wonderful view.
It was a very special day!

Great scenery and great wine tasting room. However, my friend and I had to stay inside the whole time because it was very hot. The tasting room was kind of loud and hard to talk at times. The girl can't remember her name was nice but she didn't listen to our instructions. We asked for my friend and me to split it. She just charged my credit card instead of splitting. I thought it seemed kind of expensive the wine tasting for what we got. But, I guess that is inflation for you. I would maybe go back again. But, only if I could sit outside.
