First time we've been, atmosphere was fun (TVs playing, art on the walls and fun music). The server was personable and prompt. Okay, let's talk about the food! SO So so good! We had the fried egg on sourdough toast with ham, asparagus and white cheese sauce. It comes with a choice of potatoes or grits, we got the grits. Can I tell you there was plenty of food on one plate to share. We also indulged with the white chocolate black raspberry bread pudding!!!

All in all a fantastic meal. Stop in if you get a chance, you'll be glad you did.

Hands down, the best restaurant in Lynchburg, Virginia. Their food is amazing (and consistent). Their staff is friendly. This is where we take all our out of town guests. There can be a wait on the weekends, but we typically call beforehand to make sure they can accommodate us or we would wait at the bar!

I always enjoy visiting Grey's when I'm in Lynchburg. Food is always delicious and well done - they have vegetarian and vegan options and are not miffed when substitutions/changes are made. Reasonable prices and local products used. Check it out.

The room and atmosphere is that if a typical bar and quick eats cafe esq feel. I went for their brunch as a date and before hand not ever going wanted to check the menu on their website. While they do have a website their is no menu to view which was a bummer not know what kind of food to expect. The menu itself for brunch was a postcard brochure size 2 sided menu. One side was drinks and other food. Decent options and I went with the chicken biscuit and gravy. The food when we got it was nice and warm though the gravy was lacking on both mine and my wife's food making it dry. The potatoes though were excellent and by far the best on the plate. This was all for brunch so I can't speak for what they have for dinner. Staff was very friendly and inviting. I would give this place a second chance and see it has great potential for downtown life.

Great food! The grits were amazing and the fried chicken was the best I have ever had. The whole atmosphere was diner with a modern approach. Several items on the menu were local. Service was great. Felt a little like I was visiting a restaurant on Chef's Table.
