Waterstone Pizza

Homemade hot (potato) chips weren't hot, so they must be made in bulk before. The texture of something fried fresh suffers the longer it sits so they weren't as crisp and delicious as I'm sure they are immediately after. Pizza was pretty good. Kudos for a tasty homemade sauce and fresh toppings. Wish the crust would've had more of a crisp at the center OR more chew at the edge. Seemed like the oven might've been too hot (edges crisping to the point of drying out while center was still extremely soft), so this may have been unique to our visit. Overall great ambience and service though. Would visit again.

The food is excellent. I am picky about a salad but the Harvest salad with green apple, pecans, cranberries, goat cheese and lemon vinaigrette dressing was the best I have EVER had. The pizza was scrumptious. If you haven't been there, GO!

Very good, but also very crowded. Most people don't care about crowded though. And the outside eating area is excellent. Great service.

If you like thin crust pizza that taste great. Then Waterstone is the place for you. Great food great service. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Normally I have a good experience here. I miss the locally brewed root beer. Since the change, the Thai pizza has really improved. Food quality is always good. The meatballs were surprisingly good. The atmosphere is fun. Food was really, really slow this last visit. (But it is not the norm).
