Great food, staff and atmosphere!

Excellent everything.. Not just pizza!.. Quiche, soups, salads, sweet breads, many beers on tap.. Great menu.. Potato bacon corn chowder, fresh beet salad...

Awesome place in Mathews Court House. Excellent food and an great vibe. Lunch or dinner, it's a winner.

This place never fails to please! The pizza's are beyond great, (you can build your own or pick one of the signature combos, and that crust! Best I've had. We have a B&B nearby (Foster's Bethel Beach Inn) and always recommend Southwind to our guests when they ask for nearby restaurants. The servers are all very friendly, and I can honestly say, from pizza to seafood, I've never had a bad meal here. I recommend calling ahead on weekends and during summer months, they do get very busy. They also have live music sometimes, so check the schedule for that. In closing, the Southwind is one of my favorite places ever, hands down.

Place has some unique flavored pizzas and causal chill atmosphere. Great place to socialize over a pizza and brew. Owner has four restaurants in the area which have a 4-5 star rating in my opinion. This one is a go too for pizza off the chain and to get a feel for the local vibe.
