Rising Silo Brewery

Eight of us spent a great Saturday evening celebrating Virginia Tech graduations. Pizzas, great Silo burger, tortellini salad were all delicious and hard water in several flavors, good beer choices and a hellacious downpour that left a gorgeous double rainbow! We had the best time ever and will be back! This is a great place with great food & drink! Cheers!

Their food is consistently good, the beer and hard seltzers, kombuchas etc never fail, and they already had a decent number of non-alch options - but now they have even more by offering Athletic Brewing! Awesome :)

My husband and I got here right before sunset. We ordered a flight of four. We liked them all but we especially loved Udder Chaos.

My husband, dog and I enjoyed an afternoon at Rising Silo Brewery and would definitely come back. Beautiful views and nice spread out tables so it was easy to bring our dog, Rascal. Rascal had such a good time in the sunshine! Very good soft pretzels and apple cider.

Fun, funky, happy place. We arrived just before a thunderstorm and happily enjoyed sampling a flight while watching the storm roll in. The big open windows made us feel like we were outside, but still stayed dry. Great view of the beautiful summer flowers and naturalized landscaping. A big, wood-fired pizza oven was rolling out lovely pies. We sampled the pretzel and fries. Loved the Silo Sauce! Favorite beers were the carrot ginger and the elder fairy. Live music was great!
