We were seated quiclky and given a larger table for comfort. Out server started out a little dry, but he warmed up a bit toward the end. The manager, however, was amazing. This gentleman was actively involved in the efficient flow and pitched in often. Making small-talk and great recommendations made dinner even better. As usual? The food was savory with a home cooked feel.

Eight of us (five adults and three kids) went to Cracker Barrel for Mothers Day. We arrived at around 6:00 PM and was told there would be a 45 minute wait, which was acceptable since it was Mothers Day (the busiest day of the year for restaurants). We were seated at about 6:50 and our order was promptly taken and beverages served. Three of us ordered the sampler and I ordered meat loaf. Four of our orders included dumplings. At about 7:20, the waitress said they were cooking meat loaf and it would be ready at 7:45 and asked if we wanted to substitute. We all did with extra dumplings and I switched to southern fried chicken. At about 7:30, the waitress said they were out of dumplings and more would be ready at 7:45 and again offered to substitute, which we declined. She never offered to switch us back to our original order, which would have been ready at the same time. At around 7:50, we received what we thought were smallish orders of dumplings (with the rest of our food) and I got some really greasy southern fried chicken.

Overall, we were at the restaurant for about 2-1/2 hours. It puzzled us that the restaurant could run out of two of it's most popular entrees at peak dinner time on the busiest day of the year, and that we did not get what we originally ordered when it was all ready at the same time. We did not speak to the manager as he looked very busy.

This is not a deal breaker. We will come back to this and other Cracker Barrels.

Fantastic food, fresh and consistent. Our service is and usually is fantastic. Food portions are bigger than they should be but oh man it's good. It's cracker barrel so you know what you're getting but this one gives us consistently good experiences time and time again.

I ate here and enjoyed every bite. Especially the southern chicken is delicious, well cooked and pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything. It is a perfect place for breakfast/brunch. The servers are super friendly. The menu has lots of entries, making this restaurant ideal for casual brunch. This place is a bit crowded during peak times, but it is easy to get a table after a 15-25 minutes wait.

Cracker barrel is always a great place to go for breakfast. This location is no exception, we stopped in around 1030 and were sat down almost immediately. The food came out pretty quick and was great. I would recommend this to my friends.
