“I love waffle House! This one was the first one I have been in that the manager was rude/ demeaning to the staff in front of customers. The service was slow and the manager made the entire meal very uncomfortable. She berated every staff member during my 40 minute meal. The food was good and service was fine just a bad environment.”

“The people were really friendly, patient and helpful! They answered every question with the knowledge all employees should have! They didn't act like it was beneath them or your question was stupid! I had a Philly cheese steak with fried onions and peppers! It was really good but the meat was a bit overcooked and dry!!! Other than that it was amazing and I would've given 5 stars!”
