Jamante was awesome. He had to use drive thru register and took our order remembering what we said, made our milkshakes perfect and madesure we were good 2 go. Amazing customer service and you do not get that these days with fast food

I think that especially working fast food, you are going to see some of the same people often so, not only are you familiar with the customers, you would be very polite to them. But, I'm noticing the opposite from not only our younger inexperienced learner's but older workers that should know better. The customer service in many areas for Hampton Roads needs much more work. Very often, I speak on this to whomever.
