my critique is based on experiences I've encountered at other restaurants. you are definitely on to a growing demand for ready made meals, customer service was outstanding, quick and the overall set-up was inviting! however; I felt the vegan meal I ordered wasn't as tasty, and was a little dry. I also felt the portions should have been more substantial based on the pricing. now the impossible meat in my bowl was tasty and had that smoky grilled taste to it which was very impressive. but the grilled cauliflower was a failure in my colleagues vegan burrito, she expressed to me that she felt it wasn't cooked well and was returned for another meal. I guess what I'm saying is if you could review your vegan offerings and make some changes in preparations and taste that would be a welcome change. thank you for asking for my opinion that shows your honest concern for your customers satisfaction with the services you offer.

We decided to try the new restaurant at wards corner out! We have been eating clean for the last few years. We always have difficulty finding food to eat when we go out without "being bad"
We were extremely pleased to find a place we will eat virtually everything on the menu! The thing I think I lived the most was the lack of a soda drink option! AMAZING! We are Extremely excited to try their selection of smoothies. We will be coming back again and again. Thanks for opening this location near by. Were interested in the VB location but distance and travel time had always hindered the actual occurrence. So GLAD you are here!

I'm still trying to figure out this place. Service isn't great. Food is enjoyable but nothing to write home about. Maybe the grab and go is the appeal of this restaurant? I'll give that a try next time. In the meantime they need to focus on customer service.
