Untidy lobby. The restaurant wasn't really busy, and there were staff members just standing around, but the majority of the tables were dirty and had not been wiped off. Do better please, Panera!

I eat at this location a lot. The food is good and i love getting the Pick-Two meals. Today I got the broccoli cheddar soup and the Cobb salad with the French bread. The soup wasn't steaming hot and the French bread was chewy. Also, my butter knife wasn't very clean and I didn't have a chance to ask anyone to bring me a new one. Overall I like this location, I just wish the food had been a bit fresher this time.

A little pricey BUT sometimes quality costs. It's a great place to switch to every once and a while outside your normal routine.

Chicken salad and Mac & Cheese was very good. Nice fireplace and good desserts & pastries!
