Food is good so I have no complaints about that, but I’m rarely given a straw, I’ve never received the sauce for my nuggets that I’ve asked for, there has been no salt on the fries many times, they forgot the yogurt in the kids meal, and I had to remind them that they forgot certain items that I’ve ordered. It’s usually hot or miss on if everything is 100% correct. The staff is usually pretty nice, but I’ll occasionally get one that’s in a mood. I get it, I worked fast food before and I’ve had bad days but the attention to detail needs work.

Take shocked his much this place had changed. They actually have nice people working here (young people, not mean hateful older folk in used to seeing there's at the Effingham store). Very delightful and food was hot and correct.

Quick service. Went through drive thru. Cashier suggested best value for what I wanted to order. Food hot and fresh. Great customer service skills.

The food was hot/fresh. but the wait( 25 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food )for just a chicken sandwich a sausage biscuit and a sweet tea was way ridiculous! I will never go there around 2 to 3 anymore!!
