Starbucks

I love starbucks. More variety than most coffee shops. Very clean inside. Very friendly and polite employees.

This SBux does a lot of business. They must keep in mind that to much is given, much is expected. Meaning, do not take it lightly the abundance of SBux followers in your area because there are many local small business options for people to choose. Additionally, people generally patron SBux for the atmosphere and the lounge like experience. The drinks are slightly above average...its coffee. The RONA has forced big box stores, like SBux, to exercise a heightened level of customer service, and I am not certain that this store is hitting the mark now that the atmosphere and experience has been removed. It may sound like I am in my feelings about five days of subpar SBux experiences from the same store, but this is SBux and I expect more. Portsmouth, VA SBux get your game up before folks decide to spend their dollars local.

I don’t normally go to Starbucks but I Hada gift Card so I was like why not. Mannnn best trip I ever made ! Sooooo freaking good

There are two Starbucks close to our place and this is the good one. The staff are always very friendly, it's clean and tidy, and the drive-through is fast. Most importantly the beverages are consistently excellent. The one inside Kroger on Fredrick has none of those. This sure is a little further to drive, but absolutely worth it!
