“So while my mom waited for my sister and I to get there with our kids she got a table and sat there for over 20 minutes without a single person acknowledging her everyone walked by finally she got some service then we got there and the server was a nice kid but it felt like he would take forever to come back to our table and he was just never around and when he was he would come and then be gone again just inconsistent and not the best at customer care but a good kid. It wasn’t that busy either. I’m a server so I still respectfully tipped him but it I was anyone else they wouldn’t have been as kind.”

Most days they charge me $6 for a to-go box off the buffet, today they said $8 for buffet if you eat there, but $12 for the to-go box. That's double what I paid yesterday! “I was pleasantly surprised! I guess I was expecting it to be a little messy, sticky, loud... because of the kids. But it was very clean and orderly! The stuffed crust pizza was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great time with the kids, but remember (like all locations) always keep an eye on your tickets and play passes! They can get snatched quickly!”

“Excellent trip! Valentines day so they were busy. We called ahead and were seated within minutes of arriving. We were greeted by Hanna, our server, and she was on point!!! She got our order, our salads were out so quick, and by the time we finished our dinner arrived! Dinner was amazing I got the salmon, my hubby got the steak. My glass of tea was never empty, she filled that thing 3 times!! On yelp I saw 2.5 star so I was hesitant to go here. Butttt we had a perfect evening. Thank you!”

“Food is great as usual. Of course, I got for the same thing every time! But then again i don't eat here often. Staff was great too. Helped people quickly and with a friendly smile. My friend and I came in just before their lunch rush. As we sat down the ordering line quickly grew. However, they served people quickly and had no line c. 5 min later. And then shortly thereafter had another rush, but not as large. That one was also handled well. I got back in line @ the tail end of it. I waited a minute or two and was also served quickly & correctly while also asking a question. Very impressed. The the obviously has a system in place and it works beautifully.”
