“This donuts shop was great when it first opened up. Then, the service degraded. They used to have condiments out which was perfect especially for someone like myself who prefers putting certain amount of sugar into my coffee. Now you must tell them how much sugar to put into your coffee at the time of ordering and they either put too much or not enough. Additionally, the customer service isn't as friendly as it used to be. Perhaps because now they're busier than when they first opened, so they careless about maintaining same level of customer service.”
