“I can't rave enough about this place! It's truly a hidden gem. I decided to host my sister in law's birthday dinner here after seeing pictures online. I went to see the place in person and thought wow pictures don't do this place justice. Gabby, our waitress, was absolutely fabulous! She was so kind and attentive. The restaurant let me decorate our table with candles and flowers and Gabby even helped with the set up. She made sure all of our needs were met and delivered the best customer service I have ever had. The food was absolutely amazing! I had a party of 15 and everyone raved about how delicious everything was! They've got me as a life time customer. I would highly recommend.”

“So we decided to try African food and were somewhat surprised by this place. The food comes in large portions and there really isn't a choice for vegetarian, however, our server (also believe he was the cook) accommodated the 2 that requested vegetarian. We ordered beans and plantains and spicy rice, along with fermented corn ball. All were very good. The other 2 ordered fufu, joloff rice with fish and spinach, fish and rice. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves as well. The food is really tasty and very plentiful, however the service is very relaxed, probably because there is only one person taking orders, cooking and serving. If you want a relaxed evening it works. We enjoyed catching up with friends. The music is upbeat as is the one employee/owner/cook. There is a fair amount of people coming and going on Saturday night. Would recommend this place, just come hungry or ready to share a plate.”

“My son loved the Calimari, flash fried perfectly, lightly battered and cut fresh in house, these people care about their produce of the sea. The freshness just kept coming when we ordered the crab legs cluster special and some seafood pasta featuring lump crab meat, juicy shrimp and tomatoes with linguine pasta. It was just the right amount of food for us. Jason was really nice and knew the wine list and the specials making it easy for me to just relax and enjoy what the electric palm has to offer. We can't wait to go back and bring our crab leg loving friends!”
