“For lunch today, my husband and I opted to try out this new Filipino restaurant in the Woodbridge area. Thankfully, we got there immediately when they opened since the space quickly filled up with people. We were both pleasantly surprised by how tasty the dishes we selected were. The Dinuguan, Beef Steak, Sinigang, and Palabok satisfied our hunger for Filipino cuisine, however the Adobo fell short of our expectations. Despite the fairly limited menu, the quality of the foods we chose was impressive. Fish and vegetable options would be much appreciated. And for dessert/drink, my husband sampled the Halo-Halo, while I went with the Sago't Gulaman. Both were excellent! Following the completion of our meals, we rejoined the queue to place an order for takeout. While we were waiting, we were entertained by a couple of women singing Karaoke. It turned out to be a rather enjoyable experience. We will certainly return another day.”

“I LOVE onigiri! I tried it in NJ and have been having a very hard time finding anything that compares in NOVA, but Japomen is it! I just wish their was more rice and filling, however the favor is on point! Also they chop up the shrimp tempura so there's no annoying tail to try and pick out! I love that. They are a little pricy for the size but the 3 for $11 is a decent deal that will have me returning for more onigiri regularly! Eventually I'll check out the ramen.”

“Great dining experience at United Buffet with my family. We had dinner starting around 4pm and the seafood was great. We enjoyed the hibachi fresh to order and noodle soups. It was unlimited drinks included with the tab and it was a nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice selections on different items. I liked they had unlimited hot tea and hot coffee. Very nice experience!”

“This a hidden treasure, came here after my sister-in-law recommended us to go here and OMG the food is amazing. It's a Salvadorian and Guatemalan with a mix of Lebanese. The pupusas are hands down the best. This is my new favorite restaurant to buy pupusas, because they were perfect; juicy, well cooked, and not greasy. My husband ordered the kabob combo and the meat was perfectly cooked, juicy, and exploding with flavor. The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant was very nice, clean, and organized. The spacing between the tables was good. They have a good selection of drinks too, natural juice drinks, sodas, and a good selection of beer too. Definitely recommend.”

“A super easy recommend! You're greeted warmly by the owner and staff upon walking in. The owner was gracious to hand out samples of Chicken Wings (Lemon pepper) and they were so good! Then he asked if I like Spicy and let me try those as well and even made them super hot for me. The fries were also very good and he made the food fast! Got an order of the Chicken Shawarma platter for my wife with rice and that was also so flavor filled and delicious! Again if you like Mediterranean Cuisine look no further! Don't be deterred by the plain hole in a wall setting.... when they say they cook Filipino food.... it hits the mark each time! Their Turo-turo Carinderya style and combo meals never intimidates and makes u feel at home. That when we dine in, we always order some to go as well! Our Favorite and Best in the area is their Crispy Pata! Portions is bigger and cheaper compared to other Pinoy restos in d Va area. If u ordered it to go... it's a Promise you'll pick on it and struggle not to eat half of it on your way home! It's that good! 😋 Another of our favorites is their Sisig- we recommend to ask if they can add pigs ear... an option I loved and am sharing to pigs ear lovers out there. Last is their Pork Liempo, if u want that freshly grilled pork flavor that takes u back home.... this is the place!
