“It's getting there... I actually just road around to look at it. Stopped at the Dollar Tree which was outstanding & then stopped at "Welcome to Moe's!" But the shops are still up & coming. I'm sure when it's full, it'll be 5☆ On another note: I found it ...waiting (1.5h) on the most inconsiderate hair dresser that made me wait without the common decency to say, "I'm embarrassed to have you waiting so long, wld u like to wait or reschedule", instead said nothing after the 1st run'n late "text" 15min b4 my arrival time. I was already there bcz I understand time equals=💸money”
