Sperryville Trading Cafe and Market

This place is absolutely amazing!! All of their food is locally sourced Farm to Table...so it is all so fresh. We have visited twice, exactly one year apart, and we purposely went out of our way to go because the food is that good!!! I hope they never change!!! Fresh sausage gravy that will make your mouth water!! Biscuits made with love!! This is a must eat at restaurant!!!!

Owners were beyond friendly. Food was wonderful. We dined alfresco on the covered deck w music and fans above us. Absolutely wonderful stop!

What a great place!
While visiting the Shenandoah Mountains the end of the week of Memorial Day, we "stumbled" across Sperryville Trading Cafe & Market by accident Friday morning. The restaurant that had recommended to us for breakfast as we were leaving Luray was not open & we were starving when we arrived at Sperryville. I can't say enough good things about this place! It is a lovely space on the side of the road headed up to Front Royal (or getting on/off the Skyline Drive). It was sparkling clean & bright with indoor & outdoor seating. We both got the 3-egg omelet (made our way) & though we thought the price was a little high, let me tell you it was well worth it! The omelet was scrumptious, along with the potatoes & bacon and my husband drank his fair share of hot coffee! As it was not busy when we were there, we had opportunity to visit with the owner, learn their story about the place, as well as things & issues in the surrounding area.
The only thing I regret about my experience here is that we won't be able to go back any time soon, but if we are ever up that way again, it will be on our destination list!

I had the wrong place as renovating. sorry. Yes, I have had lunch at Sperryville Trading several times and enjoyed it very much. And they are very pleasant people and try hard to make your experience there comfortable and welcoming.

This place is beautiful, the breakfast was great and didn't take but 5 minutes to come to us, you pick your own table, and service is awesome! Everything they have is local as well, from Llama rugs to honey and tea, we will definitely be back!! Even the fact that we had no service was perfect! A great place to sit and eat!
