Beijing On Grove

This is hands down one of the best dining out experiences that I've had in a while. A.C. took great care of us from the time we sat down, to holding the door open for us when we left. We originally attempted to go to Fat Dragon and it was packed. I remembered that they had a sister restuarant. We asked A.C. a ton of questions and he was so patient and knowledgeable about everything we asked. He asked if we had ever been to the restaurant before and we said no and he told us to leave room for desert. He gave us a complimentary icecream sandwich by Nightingale that was amazing. The he packed our food up for us when we were about to leave. Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Love this place.

Great Chinese food and healthy portions. doesn't matter whatever I order I always end up with leftovers. They also have a large bar, private room, and a decent happy hour that includes drinks and apps..

Went with a group of five. The sweet and sour soup was on point. Unique and nicely spicy. I had the duck. It had a nice smokey flavor, but was a little dry. I definitely want to go back and explore the rest of the menu.

Excellent location for Chinese food. I love this place, excellent food & service. The prices are good for what you get.

My new fav Chinese restaurant in Richmond. The ambiance is trendy, has an upscale feeling with private dining room and wall of wines. My husband didn’t think that he was eating at a Chinese restaurant. The best thing about Beijing on Grove is quality of their food. Every dish I had was well prepared and flavorful. I am Chinese, so if I say it is good, you should trust me. Besides the food, they have a well thought after wine and beer list. I had their drink special Dragon Punch, I loved the spicy after taste. The cocktail wasn’t watered down like some of the restaurants. I really enjoyed my drink. After dinner, both my husband and I felt as we had a VIP experience, thanks to the staffing team. This place also has a full bar with two TVs behind the bar. It would be a great place to grab a drink and watch the game.
