Our pizza was ordered roughly at 9pm. We were told that the driver was late and that it may take a while. Then we called again after an hour, and apparently it would take another hour, but offered a coupon for a free pizza. When the pizza still wasn't here another hour later, we called back but I guess they closed for the night, despite taking our money and never delivering.
I've had bad service before, but it was always better than no service...
Update: My wife was upset, so talked with the new manager who seems to really know what he's doing. The person in charge of the above experience no longer works for the company, and the new manager made the poor service right by us and was very understanding/ polite. We had another delayed pizza, and he understood our annoyance, was straightforward and helpful. And the pizza really hit the spot, 5/5!!!
