Gersi RVA

Lovely little place that's the sibling of Gersi in Brooklyn. If you want great Italian without the big-city price, this is perfect!

The food here was very good. It is really small so just be prepared for that. Everything just needed a pinch of salt but the dishes were all prepared well. The favorite items we ordered were the Limone pasta and the skirt steak. The vanilla Panna cotta was also one of the most delicious desserts I have ever had. Definitely a must stop in Richmond.

Some of the best. No fuss, all flavor, well seasoned. Wonderfully classic menu, reminded me of a Marcella Hazan cookbook. Friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. Our server even let us taste a few wines before choosing a bottle. We had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine's day a little early!

100% the best authentic north east/Italian food in Richmond. This place is a blessing .Not to mention Gersi is a great guy and the staffs equally as nice. The way Italian food is meant to be eaten and served. Finally ! . In addition the place is nice and prides itself on keeping it that way . Don't believe the place has to be a dump hole in the world to be fantastic :)

Love this place. The beet and ricotta ravioli they have on special is one of the best things I've ever eaten. The sweet beats and the salty sauce are incredible. Also, the bread served with an amazing bean and garlic spread is SO GOOD. Plus have never had a bad experience with staff or service.
