Graduate Richmond

We had a wonderful stay both times we visited. Super cute game room/bar and good food. The menu is small but we all found something we liked! Staff was welcoming and nice to my kiddos. We took advantage of the outdoor pool in the morning. Small but perfect for the kids to jump in and spend an hour. Didn’t make it to the rooftop bar but looked cute.

FINALLY! A hotel that says they're dog friendly and it shows from check in to check out! We have 2 dogs, one barely medium sized and one small dog. I confirmed twice if 2 dogs per room would be ok, they said yes and the dogs got the warmest welcome! Think they were out of the swag they offer BUT they were welcomed with treats and pets! The room was college themed but modern and cool. Bathroom clearly smelled like bleach/cleaning products which was nice. King size bed was great and for the cost room was a good size for the weekend. The roof top pool and bar had amazing views of the area and some of the buildings are stunning! The only small negative is I find that hotel pools are never maintained well. We went for an early swim on Sunday morning and there were lots of bugs in the pool. Besides this, great staff, super easy check in and check out, dogs welcome, awesome bar and game room. This place has something for everyone and will be our go to hotel for our growing family!

Cool hotel, great food! Awesome game room. Kid friendly with good staff. Small pool on top. Nice rooftop bar but very slow service at the rooftop bar.

This place was great. The food was delicious, we ate every meal there. The room was comfortable and cozy. The service was friendly and accomodating. Overall it was perfect. I would absolutely recommend it. They're also pet friendly. You can't go wrong. I really loved it.

This is an amazing hotel. I get to travel a lot for work and have spent a lot of time in various hotels around the US and I think this is my favorite one. It's nontraditional but not strange and over the top. The rooftop bar has a magical view of Richmond. I managed to get there right as the sun was setting and all of Richmond was drenched in a golden hue. The staff have been great and the prices are way better than DC hotel prices. This is my first trip to Richmond and I would love to come back with my wife for a date weekend in the fall. I highly recommend the Graduate hotel. This hotel is in a safe area, located close to the University.
