Irie Ting Jamaican Grill

My wife and I visited this evening, I ordered the ox tail cabbage and rice and beans
Wife had salmon for dessert we had bread pudding everything was delicious and plentiful
I also had platin delicious! The staff was very nice! Rum punch was made correct! Atmosphere was laid back and comfortable
Love this place will be returning!

I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Excellent customer service!! I arrived when the restaurant had just opened and the ox tails were still cooking and I was at the hotel down the street. They offered to call me when it was ready so I didn’t have to wait too long and when I received my food, it was EXCELLENT!! Perfectly flavored and excellent portions. It wasn’t overly seasoned. The plantain were tasty and everything was fresh. The restaurant is super clean and conveniently located!! I will be back!

2020-02-08 stopped here on a Saturday evening, parked across the street, walked inside, sat down immediately at a booth near the bar, very nice lady was our server, she gave and brought us water and fresh sweet lemonade, took our order, brought our order to us in a timely manner. Stew chicken, rice and peas/beans, cabbage, plantains and the beef patty were all good! After we finished our dinner and as we were leaving, the lady server helped me to put my daughter's coat on. Plenty of booth tables and some tall tables and chairs.

Seriously one of the best restaurants in Richmond - completely under the radar for some inexplicable reason. I’ve tried several dishes now and each has been phenomenal. I haven’t had Jamaican food this good outside of NYC or Miami. The oxtails, goat curry, and callaloo with salt fish are such high quality. Their rum cake is top-notch. If you like Jamaican food, this is the spot for you. It’s Nile-tier good!

Very clean, good portions, delicious food, great service!! Oh and did I say Great Food!!! The pepper steak is my favorite
