Finally stopped by this place after driving by a million times. Great place to get some food to go. Had the oxtails, amazing stewed sauce. Will be back to try the jerk chicken but I have a feeling everything there will be amazing. Cooks are legit cooking just like home.

The jerk chicken is phenomenal. Perfect flavor and spice and falls off the bone. Cabbage and rice also very good. A small platter is perfect for a lunch size, but for a couple dollars more you can get a big platter to split or take home. Super friendly staff. Love when I see this cart around RVA!

My fiance and I visited this place on a whim, because I had never had Jerk Chicken before. The staff is super friendly, and the music is amazing. You have to be patient waiting for your food, but it's more than worth it. I ordered the large Jerk Chicken, and my fiance ordered the large curried chicken. We were surprised at how much food they give you. We ate our lunch, and took the rest home. I got 2 more meals out of my order, and he got 1 more out of his. That's saying a lot, because the food is so good you want to keep eating even after you're full. We also ordered 4 beef patties, and they were amazing reheated in the oven at 300° for about 25 minutes. I highly recommend this place. We live over an hour away, and will be back frequently.
