    Date of visit : 7/26/19.

This is my second time coming to this place. The only problem is the parking . We had to park a block away to get here.
Once here the ambience is good. AC is just right.
We arrived here at 12:20 just 20 minutes after its opening . No wait timing. Service was fast.
Wait time from order to pickup was 4 minutes .
They have restrooms if your bladder needs more space before filling yourself with awesomeness.
Taro is my thing.. ask for less ice and less sugar.
Trying FIG JELLY also for the first time, it’s not as good as the GRASS JELLY or HERBAL JELLY.

Their store is clean and fast environment. always there are long line, however, doesn't really need to wait more than 15 minutes. staff are fast and nice. I am so Addicted right now. Oreo slush with bubbles is my go to. Good place to get yummy drinks.

My favorite beverage is the mango snow slush with the mango popping pearls. The oreo slush with coffee is also very good. Service is ok, but the place can get a bit crowded because it is small and popular with the VCU crowd.

Its 1 of the 2 places I go to in the area.

I love the bubble tea here so much. Their popping boba is like out of heaven. Their drinks could be pricey for some but its totally reasonable for its worth. I wish I can go get a drink every day scratch that every meal but they are like 15 miles away from me. Overall, I LOVE KUNG FU tea!!!

Love this small place with many different teas with "bubbles" or boba, (chewy pea sized starchy balls). Loved the mango green tea, you can get sweet or unsweet and in between. Ice cream too.
