McDonald's

If you don't know about McDonald's, then where you been? This one serves McDonald's and is clean and has nice people working and I eat here for every meal.

I ordered a number 3 without cheese. The order was made wrong, however when I bought it to one of the managers attention she was very professional and made the effort to make sure I was taken care of. The manager made sure I got what I wanted. She responded the right way. She knew when I came in what I was upset about it. She was Johnny on the spot in correcting the wrong and turning the wrong to right. I left satisfied and happy

Its McDonald's. The service is about what you would expect from a McDonald's but I bet they get paid garbage, so I can't really complain too much. They get orders right about 85% of the time. Almost always clean, though. And they have a little lounge area in front of a TV playing the news. The only real problem I have with the place is that it's always super loud in there, employees frequently yell across the store to each other and it can be a bit nerve-wracking.

When I arrived at the store the line was out the door. Even so I had my food in hand, hot and ready in 5 minutes. The store manager was on register and she was so nice! Thank you so much McDonald's and crew for the fast and accurate customer service!
