    Food is always delicious. Restaurant is always too cold so my dining experience is not that pleasant. I choose to order take out from time to time. Wait staff is not consistently attentive. They disappear too much.

    Food was really delicious (Hot Nashville Chicken sandwich). Staff was really friendly as well. The atmosphere was a little generic until I realized they have old photos of Richmond (like from the flood era) and a huge mural of all things Richmond/Virginia.

    O'Charley's is the bomb! The food is so good and affordable. The rolls are unbelievably delicious. Get out and try that restaurant...you would want to go at lease twice a week. See you there.

    My husband and I came to watch the Blues hockey game. The restaurant service was great. Please applaud Aaron on a job well done. He made fantastic drinks for my husband.

    The food here is always very good. It's never overly crowded, we've never had to wait long to be seated, even on weekends.the bar section is great and cozy. The bread is fantastic and I'd definitely recommend the fried chicken. The manager is very friendly and helpful
