Awesome place!! Great people. I always get the Pesto Caesar. The manager in the night is very funny and kind and is never mad when I walk in late.. Thumps up to y'all.

I’m a huge bowl person and Roots makes some of the best bowls out there. Ingredients are extremely fresh and the portions are definitely generous. You get what you pay for. I recommend the El Jefe and Southern bowls, but I’ve enjoyed all that I have tried. Highly recommend as a healthy lunch or dinner option!

I had a fresh and lovely meal here. I had the Southern and it was excellent- I particularly enjoyed the roasted broccoli. Will definitely be going back.

Just as good as the original in Charlottesville, VA. Of the 50+ grain bowl places I’ve been to, roots is the tastiest I’ve had, the best value, and the easiest to customize. Creative options and friendly staff. You can tell their model for expansion is working by the attention to detail and standardization across multiple locations. Everything is well executed. Pesto Caesar all the way!

I was in Richmond on business and happened to find this place to grab lunch. I loved the food. The food tasted fresh and clean and had great flavor. The staff was fast and attentive to my special requests. I wish we had one of these near where I live, I'd visit it instead of a Chipotle or regular salad place. I highly recommend this place.
